The main technological solutions to support this market approach are Cloogy, an integrated Smart Homes/ Offices solution, providing households and small offices with energy analytics, monitoring and control features. Cloogy can also be delivered has a value added solution by Utilities and Telecommunications increasing its market reach and the retaining and loyalty programmes of our partners; kisense, our smart cities product that provides business leaders with a wide-ranging platform for energy management that enables monitoring of consumption through energy and financial indicators, data analytics, controlling and actuation features to remotely manage devices, savings and baseline profiles to support energy efficiency measures, reporting of consumption according to various criteria, alarms to detect and raise awareness for changes in consumptions and consumption; and Kiplo aggregating Kisense and Cloogy technologies provides solutions at both single building and grid scale, Kiplo utilises granular real-time data to provide ongoing optimisation of the connected network. Future proofed, it seamlessly incorporates & optimises changes in input costs such as the implementation of differential pricing tariffs, lowering costs of storage or significant increases in carbon taxes. With dynamic real-time management of consumption can provide significant benefits to all stakeholders; including reduced prices for consumers, reduced network costs for suppliers and reduced operational costs for network operators.

We invest on research and development which enhances the creation of new products and services by expanding the scope of applications in the construction area.
The goal and strategy of IZNAB is to apply a whole new analysis technique in order to improve energy efficiency and to reduce greenhouse gas emission from overall building facilities. We consider it, through the constant monitoring, optimisation and integration of new compatible technologies and low energy
consumption construction materials in order to improve energy efficiency in the entire building life-cycle; we achieve this using simulation programs, such as TRNSYS, e-QUEST and some other complementary software such as MATLAB and Simulink. IZNAB has a large experience in the application of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in the modelling of industrial processes and equipments, including expertise in fluid mechanics, turbulence, heat transfer and other related physical and chemical phenomena.
IZNAB provides consultancy to design teams, client organizations relating to innovative material development, energy efficiency and life-cycle analysis apart from life- cycle cost models.

The company is active in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy , particularly in low enthalpy geothermal systems coupled to heat pumps. The company has innovated co-axial geothermal heat exchangers out of stainless steel inserted in the ground with a penetrometer. This technology is patented in Italy.
The company is also developing, producing and installing innovative devices, particularly sensors for indoor climate and color , often built ad hoc. These are subsequently integrated in monitoring systems for energy efficiency and consumption, microclimate, comfort and Indoor Air quality.
Through direct and indirect participation in FP7 projects TeACH, MESSIB, CETIEB, NANOMATCH, EFFESUS, EE-HIGHRISE and National research projects in France, Spain, Italy ample experience has been accumulated in the fields of energy-efficiency, sensor developments and monitoring.
